The restaurant serves stunners like a succulent lamb shank, and the BBQ area was perfect for grilling up a feast while kangaroos frolicked nearby. Parked right in front of our room, we had easy access and enjoyed the wildlife encounters from our big glass door.
The room decor could do with an update, as the bed felt springy and uncomfortable—definitely not the best for a good night’s sleep. Plus, those little critters (spiders) weren’t my favorite company.

The stunning natural beauty and wildlife surrounding the motel was a delight.
I was incredibly frustrated with the lack of cleanliness. The shower was dirty, with an indecisive water temperature and hair still in the drain, which was utterly unacceptable. there was no housekeeping during my stay, leading to dirty dishes piling up, further diminishing my experience.

The Grampians Motel is truly a hidden gem! The breathtaking views from the spacious grounds and the constant presence of kangaroos, emus, and cockatoos running about was like living in a wildlife documentary. The staff provided excellent service and even fired up an outdoor fireplace where guests could gather. Dining at the restaurant was a treat, featuring delicious meals like a succulent lamb shank, served with a smile!
Dirty carpets.

What a fantastic stay! The kangaroos everywhere were a delightful sight, especially in the morning, and the meals were top-notch, especially the pork belly! Unfortunately, the shower could use some attention as it was a bit grimy.

Nature at your doorstep!
We stayed for 2 nights and loved waking up to kangaroos right outside our family room! The BBQ area was perfect for grilling after a day of exploring. Only bummer was the fridge wasn’t super clean. Staff were chill and super helpful whenever we needed them.
